First In Math® Forums: Not earning stickers

Message

   I have a 2nd grade parent inquiring why their child is not earning
stickers as he uses the system. Can anyone enlighten me on what may be
happening?

	There is no way to realistically answer this question--it is simply way too vague. The first thing I would have them do is click on the link at the bottom of the login page that says "First In Math® Login Help and Support" as there are many helpful suggestions there. If that is not helpful the next step is to request Tech Support, via the CONTACT US page. However, there must be a detailed explanation given, such as what game the child is attempting to play, and when/how they think stickers were not awarded, plus the child's User ID and Password. Without knowing what they are trying to do, there is no way to troubleshoot what may be happening. Edited by fimguide - 26 Mar 2010 at 1:19pm

	Are they playing the games in "practice" where they don't earn any points?
