If we had firstinmath last year, will we receive something in the mail to re-register for the coming year or is there an email way to do it?

Currently we do not send out sales emails asking schools to resign in the Fall. Is that something you feel would be useful?

Right now you can order by calling 800-242-4542, or order online at www.24game.com with a major credit card.

Very shortly (hopefully this week) schools will also be able to order online with a Purchase Order Number, but online orders received with a PO will be held pending our receipt of an actual, signed PO via email, fax or mail.

PS--A "renewal" order will create all NEW Teams for the new season, and does not continue your old teams.

Thanks, lin1 for the info.  I'm not sure what would work best.  We are small Catholic school and I can't order until I see number of kids.  Then we are behind even more because we will be well into September before we get passwords.  Could predict number of teams now -- is there a way to order for a set number of teams without the number of students being exact?  Could the packets be sent and not activated until we call with a credit card (or send check) and the exact number?  Just thoughts.  I guess the larger public schools just order extras -- would be nice.  Brings up another question -- if you have extra passwords (not used) - either because of over-ordering or if someone leaves school -  is your average still calculated using that unused password included in total?

I'm afraid there is really no other way to order, you must know the number of licenses and the number of teams at the same time. Orders are not processed until payment (or signed, completed PO) is received.

You seem worried about a delay on the shipping end, but the reality is, as soon as you order and pay (or give us a signed, fully-completed Purchase Order), the kits will be shipped out the next day. So, if you pay for the kits on Monday, 99% of the time those kits will ship out of the warehouse on Tuesday. Kits are shipped UPS, so if you are near our location (PA) you should get them in a day, if you are in CA it may take up to four days.

The most common reason for delay is a PO that is not complete and we have to contact the school for additional info.

I am not sure if I understand your last question, but once you have purchased a "password" you cannot "return" it for a refund.

hi lin, sorry it isn't the shipping time I am concerned about.  It is the fact we are so far behind by the time we start school already - late August -- that I was hoping to find a way to expediate the matter.

My last question -- not about refunding.  If we order 30 passwords and only 28 are used - either not enough students or if one or two leave half way thru year and we delete that students' points -- are the total team points still divided by 30 or is the total determined by the number of students with actual points, not by the number of passwords ordered?  Hopefully this makes sense!  Thanks for the info and your patience.      Sorry - teach567

If we use your numbers as an example--say you have 30 players and 2 leave--then it depends. If those two players have LOTS of stickers accumulated, then you may not want to delete them, becasue you will lose all of their stickers. But, if those 2 players don't have very many stickers you should delete (reset) them, becasue it is an average of stickers per student, and it will be higher if you have 28 kids with a total of 10,000 stickers than if you have 30 kids with the same 10,000 stickers.

Hope this answers your question!
