Topic: Winner's Circle

I used to be able to keep track of the students for the Winner's Circle each week by clicking on the WC icon and the names of the students earning 100 stickers or more would be displayed. I am not seeing that this year. Has there been a change in the way that information is displayed?

As you may have already noticed, the Teacher (Team Leader) Page has been redesigned, so that teachers get a brief glance at their team stats without waiting for the full, data-heavy page to load every time. To access Winner's Circle data, simply click the link (you may have to scroll down) that says "Winner's Circle."

To get to your team's detailed Assessment Data, click the "Assessment Summary/Track Incentives" link. This page has been beefed-up, and now includes all Skill Set, GYM, and SWYK data--simply use the pull-down menu under "Select Assessment View" to choose!

I am with ruth. I am in the Winner's Circle and it does not list my students with 100 stickers for the week. Last year I could click on the Winner's Circle and see every 100 sticker student.

Have they been playing for at least a week? Remember, it shows the data for the previous week, and is updated on Mondays

It has been two weeks. I was able to figure it out on my own the first week but this week will a lot harder if not impossible.

send me a private message with your Team name, Teacher login info and email, and we'll have to look into in in more detail than I can do here. To send a private message, click on the envelope logo at the very top of this page that says PRIVATE MESSAGE. You cann also give me your phone number.

(In the future, if you think something really is not functioning, it is better to fill out the tech support page and contact us that way, then we have all of your information at hand.)

The "Contact Us" form goes to a different place than the "Request Tech Support" Form, which should always get right through. Hmmm. Did you receive a reponse?

I just received a reply from support and they said it is a database issue with PA teams, thanks for your help.

The issue with the Winner’s Circle Page has been fixed.

The glitch affected only the PA teams database, and the data that is showing now is current. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
