If parents trying to access the FIM site at home complain that they are bounced back to the login page immediately, or receive an error message about "cookies," a security setting or firewall on the home computer is nearly always the culprit.

FIM's servers need to receive data from the user's computer to record the number of stickers earned and track the progress of play, and "security" settings can interfere by blocking the information transfer.
